Dear Fearless Pup and Amazing Owner,

Welcome to your first adventure here at Guntersville Animal Hospital Pet Resort & Doggy Daycare, we are so excited to add you to our rapidly growing family! We hope you are prepared for a pawesome time at our state of the art, brand new facility!

Upon your homecoming, you will need to be added to your homeroom! Depending on your size and temperament you will be placed with Tiny Tots, Jolly Green Giants, or Prickly Pears! Each homeroom is designed to ensure each pup has a marvelous and safe adventure during their stay with us. With your first visit, we will do a quick weigh-in and temperament test to determine your designated homeroom.

A day with us will be filled with multiple homeroom recess hours to play in our massive indoor and outdoor fenced in playroom equipped with loads of enriching equipment and toys to keep you busy as a bee! When your recess time is finished, don’t worry we have you covered! With 7 luxury suites and 10 mini suites, your napping needs can be met with style and comfort!

For you to have a safe fun field trip with us, we do have some requirements. Required vaccinations will include: Rabies, DAPP, & Kennel Cough. Flea/Tick prevention, to ensure no pesky fleas or ticks catch a free ride after playing outside. Heartworm prevention, our adventure takes place in Alabama beside a lake, mosquitos love this city! If you are not up to date on these requirements, no problem! Talk to our daycare counselors (GAH staff) and we can administer them while you are hanging out with us for the day! We offer all 3 required vaccines that will last a year. We recommend and carry Bravecto & Nexgard for flea/tick prevention. Lastly, ask us about our Proheart6 injection for those troublesome heartworms!

Call ahead and add on a groom with our fantastic groomer! Forgot to call ahead? No worries, our daycare counselors can give you a bath and have you smelling fresh before you’re picked up!
